Abstract:
In order to determine the feasibility of constructing a bacterial oxidation process system by acid in-situ leaching of uranium ore in Bayanwula, effects of bacterial inoculation rate, acidity, temperature, ferrous concentration, and H2O2 dosage on bacterial ferrous oxide were discussed. The results show that the adsorption tailings of Bayanwula uranium mine have stable ferrous oxidation effect after inoculation with bacteria. When pH value rises to 0.6, the bacteria can still maintain stable activity. The bacteria have strong adaptability to temperature variation. The initial ferrous concentration is 0.35-4.81 g/L, the bacterial ferrous oxidation rate rises gradually with the increase of ferrous concentration. In production, the bacterial ferrous oxidation system needs to ensure sufficient oxygen supply, and low concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be added to the bacterial ferrous oxidation system as an auxiliary way for bacterial oxidation.
