Abstract:
The catalysts for low temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification is the research hotpot in the field of flue gas denitrification. FeOx-CeOx-MnOx-TiO2/graphene catalysts for low temperature SCR denitrification were synthesized by ultrasonic impregnation. Effect of addition amount of FeOx on denitrification performance of the catalysts was studied, and the role and mechanism of FeOx in catalyst were investigated by TEM and XPS analysis. The results show that when Fe/Mn molar ratio is 0.2, the catalyst has the best denitrification performance. When the temperature is 140 ℃, NO conversion rate is as high as 90%. The resistance of catalysts to SO2 and H2O were also examined. The results show that addition of FeOx is beneficial to resistance of catalysts, and NO conversion is 80% above when SO2 and H2O exists together in the flue gas. On this basis, the possible mechanism of resistance for catalysts to SO2 and H2O are discussed by comparison of FT-IR results before and after denitrification reaction.
