Abstract: |
Effects of titanium element doping on crystal phase, microstructure and dielectric properties of CBS glass ceramics were investigated. The results show the optimal test conditions include: titanium doping content is 2%, the sintering system is heated to glass softening temperature (701.0 ℃) with a rate of 3 ℃/min and held for 1 h, and then heated to a temperature (881.9 ℃) which is 20 ℃ above the crystallization temperature at the same rate. Finally, it is cooled with the furnace after holding at 881.9 ℃ for 2 h. The main crystalline phase of samples obtained by the above experimental scheme is wollastonite, and the grains are full and closely connected in microstructure, with less voids and an average particle size of 3—5 μm. The dielectric constant of the sample is 1.4 (1 MHz) and 1.3 (10MHz) respectively, and the dielectric loss is 3.9×10-3 (1 MHz) and 3.8×10-3 (10 MHz) respectively. |
