Abstract:
      The oxidation leaching of low grade lead matte was studied by using H2SO4-H2O2 system. The composition of lead matte was studied by means of ICP, XRF, particle size analysis, XRD and SEM-EDS, and the leaching kinetic process was analyzed. The results show that copper leaching rate can reach 90.69% under the conditions including initial sulfuric acid concentration of 210 g/L, leaching temperature of 70 ℃, stirring speed of 400 r/min, mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to lead matte of 5, leaching time of 180 min, and L/S=11. Kinetic analysis shows that the sulfuric acid oxidation leaching process of low grade lead matte conforms to the "unreacted shrinking core model" with reaction activation energy of 9.67 kJ/mol, and the leaching process is controlled by diffusion.
