| Abstract: |
| According to characteristics of ions in leaching solution of biotite, carbonate precipitation was adopted to precipitate Li and Ca. The calcium removal residue was leached with sulfuric acid, and crown ether extractant 14C4 was used to separate and recover Li. Li extraction rate after three-stage extraction is 98.21% under the conditions including concentration of extractant of 0.5 mol/L, chloroform as diluent, pH value of 10.0—11.0, extraction time of 4 min, extraction temperature of 40 ℃, and extraction phase ratio of 1︰1. The single-stage stripping rate of lithium is 98.6%, and lithium concentration is 11.90 g/L, when the organic phase is stripped by 2 mol/L HCl for 2 minutes with O/A=4. |
