| Abstract: |
| Take tungsten slag as secondary resources, reasonable processes were developed to comprehensively recover tungsten, tantalum, niobium, iron and manganese with production of iron oxide and manganese carbonate, and tungsten, tantalum and niobium can be enriched and returned to smelting process for utilization. Under the selected process conditions, the tungsten concentrate recovered from tungsten slag contains WO3 of 61.41%, and tungsten recovery is 71.36%. The tantalum niobium concentrate contains (Ta2O5+Nb2O5) of 7.94%, and recovery of tantalum and niobium is 70.69%. Iron oxide contains 90.49% of Fe2O3, and iron recovery is 84.75%. Manganese carbonate contains 43.68% of Mn, and manganese recovery is 83.25%. The process realizes the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources. |
