Abstract:
Address to low leaching rate of molybdenum and difficulty of liquid-solid separation under normal intensity stirring leaching, a method of acid curing-heap leaching was put forward. Effects of ore granularity, spray intensity, acidity of leachant, amount of oxidant, and extraction time on leaching rate of molybdenum were investigated. The results indicate that the leaching rate of molybdenum is 73% and there is no problem of ore heap penetrability under the conditions including ore granularity of 3.2 mm, spray intensity of 40—60 L/(m2?h), acidity of leachant of 5 g/L, and extraction time of 6—8 days.
