Abstract:
A low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst, MnCeTmyOx/TiO2 (y is molar ratio of Tm/Mn, y=0.1,0.3,0.5), was prepared by sol-gel method. The effect of TmOx on denitration performance of the catalyst was studied and analyzed. The developed MnCeTmOx/TiO2 catalyst improves the denitration performance of low-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with ammonia as reductant. The action and internal mechanism of TmOx were investigated by XRD and NH3-TPD analysis. The results show that when y=0.3, the catalyst has the best denitration effect, with 95% above NOx conversion rate at 150 ℃. At the same time, The test results of stability and performance of the catalyst performed at different space velocities show that the MnCeTm0.3Ox/TiO2 catalyst has good stability, and can also maintain excellent low-temperature NH3-SCR denitration performance at both space velocities.
