| Abstract: |
| In the hematite zinc smelting industry, Fe3+and As in zinc concentrate synergistic leaching solution of zinc leaching residue will greatly affect the quality of hematite. Applying zinc leaching residue synergistic leaching solution as the raw materials, and the method of gas phase sulfurization was used to complete removal of Fe3+ and As from the solution under high acid conditions and keep zinc and Fe2+ intact in the solution. The effects of temperature, amount and velocity of sulfide gas on purification effect were investigated. The results show that arsenic removal rate is 95.26%, Fe3+ reduction rate is close to 100%, copper removal rate is 99.91%, and zinc and Fe2+ are completely retained in the solution under the conditions including sulfide gas of 1.2 times of the theoretical amount, flow rate of <0.3 L/min, and reaction temperature of 80 ℃. The amount of sulfurized slag generated in the process is small, and the copper content can reach more than 30%. It can be directly added into the copper concentrate without secondary treatment. |
