| Abstract: |
| Oxygen-enriched side-blown smelting and multi-lance top-blow converting technology is mature and reliable in copper smelting technology. Based on the reaction mechanism of copper smelting process, a function module was established by using metallurgical calculation software to simulate the whole process of side-blown smelting, top-blown converting and anode refining. It not only provides a basis for the design of smelter, but also lays a foundation for the development of digital-analog expert system. |
