| Abstract: |
| Applying the liquid after germanium precipitation from zinc oxide dust leaching solution as raw material, zinc oxide dust as neutralizer and potassium permanganate as oxidant, the source reduction of iron slag in zinc hydrometallurgy was realized by two-stage countercurrent neutralization process. The results show that under the conditions including zinc oxide dust dosage of 5 g/L, reaction temperature of 80 ℃, and neutralization reaction time of 1h, the arsenic content in solution drops from 719.20 mg/L to 8.60 mg/L with arsenic removal rate of 98.83%, and slag amount drops to 8g/L. The slag is treated by lead smelting system in ISA furnace, which can realize the recovery of zinc, lead and germanium valuable metals and the centralized disposal of arsenic. |
