| Abstract: |
| The optimal control of production parameters of flash furnace directly affects the whole production of flash furnace. Aiming at the existing double-swirl premix concentrate nozzles of new flash furnace, with the further improvement of the production capacity of the flash furnace, the furnace condition instability phenomenon appears. In order to further improve the production and efficiency of the flash furnace, a systematic simulation study was carried out on the operation scheme of the production parameters of the flash furnace under the condition of high feed quantity, with the main objective of achieving stable production under the condition of 19 0t/h feed quantity. To explore the optimal operation mode of flash furnace and the matching scheme of operation parameters. |
