| Abstract: |
| Based on the characteristics of strong adaptability to raw materials of bottom-blown melting furnace, the process control of bottom blow smelting technology for treating copper-containing multi-base solid waste and platinum palladium materials containing high nickel component was studied. The optimum process control parameters were explored. The enrichment of precious metal elements of Au, Ag, Pt, Pd and associated impurity elements in copper matte was investigated. The technology of efficient recovery of precious metals from copper-containing multi-base solid waste and platinum palladium materials containing high nickel component in bottom blown furnace system was developed. It can provide technical support for improving the smelting capacity with miscellaneous materials and profitability of the copper smelting system. |
