| Abstract: |
| The structure of chloride molten salt electrolyzer was optimized based on electricity and heat field. Based on thermal balance, the relationship between current intensity and distance between anode and cathode, depth of cathode insertion, radius of anode, radius of cathode and height of electrolyte surface was obtained. By using the method of quadratic regression orthogonal design, different structural parameter combinations of the chloride molten salt electrolyzer were designed. The dimensionless equation between current intensity and each structural parameter was obtained, and the electrolytic cell model with the highest current efficiency and the lowest energy consumption was optimized. |
