Abstract:
The distribution of alumina concentration is closely related to the current efficiency, greenhouse gas emission and operation stability of the electrolysis process. Address to the off-line simulation speed response of traditional aluminum electrolysis multi-phase and multi-field is not timely, the hardware requirements are high, and the simulation results cannot be online or directly used to guide the production practice, the off-line simulation data and the detection data are effectively integrated to carry out the research on the dynamic simulation of aluminum electrolysis. Based on the real-time anode current signal and the future prediction value, combined with the dynamic U-shaped curve relationship, the dynamic simulation of alumina concentration was carried out on the basis of the off-line simulation result library of CFD alumina concentration. It provides advanced ideas and technical methods for the final realization of the integration of distributed signal acquisition-current prediction-alumina concentration dynamic simulation of aluminum electrolysis digital twin.
