Abstract:
Using solid waste fly ash as the supporting aggregate, TiO2 as the sintering agent, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as the bonding agent, and charcoal powder as the pore making agent, the initial ceramic film supporting sample was prepared by solid particle sintering method, and the size (diameter) of the sample was amplified. The effects of sintering temperature, pore forming agent addition amount, size (diameter) amplification ratio and other factors on the performance of the support were investigated in the preparation of the support size scaling, and the material composition, micro-morphology, bending strength, pure water flux, acid-base corrosion rate and pore size distribution were characterized. The results show that, when the highest sintering temperature is 1 050 ℃, the addition amount of pore making agent charcoal powder is 15% (mass fraction), and the support body is enlarged to twice the original size (diameter), the performance of the prepared support body is the best. The internal pores are uniform, the neck structure is obvious, and the pure water flux is 4728.26 L/(m2?h?MPa), the bending strength is 25.15 MPa, the median pore size is 3.06 μm, the porosity is 38.56%, and the mass loss rate acid and alkali is 0.33% and 0.25% respectively.
