| Abstract: |
| With the rapid development of domestic industrialization of hazardous waste treatment, rotary kiln comprehensive incineration technology has been widely used. However, its industrial application has the problems such as unstable working condition of rotary kiln, poor incineration performance and high ash and slag rate, which seriously affect the incineration efficiency and operation cost. Taking the ash and slag rate of comprehensive incineration of hazardous waste as the starting point, reasons of the high ash and slag rate were analyzed from the aspects of incineration mechanism, process design, process control and process operation of rotary kiln, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the economical and efficient operation of comprehensive incineration of hazardous waste. It can provide reference for the economical and efficient operation and high quality development of the hazardous waste comprehensive incineration in rotary kiln. |
