| Abstract: |
| Substance flow analysis was applied to antimony-gold pyrometallurgical system. Taking gold and lead as the target elements, the material balance table and substance flow diagram based on the production system were established, and the evaluation index of direct recovery rate, waste recovery rate and resource efficiency of the system was constructed. The results show that the resource efficiency of gold is 91.76%, and the direct recovery rate of gold in volatile smelting, volatile furnace blowing, reduction smelting and impurity removal refining is 86.39%, 92.27%, 98.64% and 95.60%, respectively. At the same time, for every 1 t of metal antimony produced, 6.78 kg of lead will enter the smelting system. The distribution and transformation behavior of gold and lead in the main unit process are analyzed. Finally, suggestions on improving resource utilization efficiency and cleaner production are put forward based on substance flow analysis. |
