| Abstract: |
| The effects of sulfur dosage, heating temperature and different forms of sulfur on the separation of tin and copper for the process of copper removal by adding sulfur in tin refining were systematically investigated. The results show that when the amount of flake sulfur is 1:1.2 and heating temperature is 300 ℃, the separation effect of tin and copper is the best, the copper content in residual tin is reduced to 0.007%, and the separation rate of tin and copper and the direct yield of tin are 99.18% and 99.52%, respectively. The process can effectively remove the impurity copper in the crude tin, and has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and high efficiency. |
