| Abstract: |
| The acid leaching solutions from lepidolite usually contains a large amount of impurity metal, and the traditional chemical precipitation method will cause a problem of product loss. In order to reduce the product loss in the process of impurity removal, solvent extraction method was used to study the extraction process of impurity removal. Through the study of the extraction effect of various extractant combinations, P204 has the best extraction efficiency and was selected as extractant. The effects of relevant factors on extraction were investigated, and H2O2 was used to pre-oxidize Fe2+ in water phase to strengthen the extraction effect. The results show that the extraction rate of Fe, Al, Li and Rb is 99.89%, 31.23%, 7.63% and 14.85%, respectively, under the optimum conditions including the organic phase of 30% P204 + 70% sulfonated kerosene, initial pH value of feed liquid of 2.4, O/A=1, extraction time of 10min, and oscillation frequency of 300 r/min. Compared with the chemical precipitation method, the recovery rate of Li and Rb has been improved by about 30%. |
