Abstract:
The co-treatment of arsenic alkali residue and iron arsenic residue in nonferrous smelting was studied with iron arsenic residue (Fe-bearing solid waste) as iron source. Under the conditions including Fe/As molar ratio of 1.2, temperature of 150 ℃, pH value of 0.3 and reaction time of 12 hours, the removal rate of As is 87.53%, and the stability meets EPA regulatory limits. The results show that the co-treatment of arsenic alkali residue and iron arsenic residue is realized with the concept of "treating waste with waste", which also provides strong technical support for the green and efficient development of non-ferrous metallurgical enterprises.
