| Abstract: |
| Highly developed scale roadbed construction can consume bulk industrial solid waste. In this study, composite hydraulic stabilized layer materials were prepared by using bulk industrial solid waste such as phosphogypsum(PG), hot-braised steel slag(HBSS), aluminium dross(AD), portland cement(PC), and natural aggregates(NA). The PG and AD were modified by heat treatment with environmental hazards removed. The modified PG-HBSS-AD-PC composite cement was then used to stablize the optimised HBSS-NA intermixed aggregates. The results showed that replacing NA with fine-grained HBSS could optimise the aggregate architecture of the hydraulic stabilisation layer by increasing the density. The incorporation of 160 ℃-treated PG and 900 ℃-treated AD into PC further enhanced the strength of the hydraulic stabilisation layer through the hardening CaSO4?0.5H2O, generation of hydrated calcium aluminate(C-A-H), and ettringite(AFt), with a high solid waste utilisation rate. |
