Abstract:
The soil contaminated by radionuclides around a typical uranium mine was taken as the research object, the pot experiment was adopted to analyze the effect of chelating agent and AM fungi combined plants on strengthening the remediation of radioactive contaminated soil, and to reveal the characteristics of chelating agent and AM combined plants in remediation of contaminated soil. The results show that the application of citric acid (CA) and Glomus mosseae (Gm) promotes the growth and uranium enrichment in ryegrass-water spinach intercropping mode in different degrees, and the combined treatment of them is the most obvious. Combined remediation not only enhances the fixation of radionuclides in underground parts of plants, but also reduces the concentration of organic matter in soil and enhances the adhesion ability of radionuclides. The SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis of rhizosphere soil samples and plant ash samples show that inoculation of Gm or application of CA plays a positive role in plant remediation, and the combined remediation effect is the best.
