| Abstract: |
| In order to explore the efficient recovery of Li from battery black powder, Na3PO4 precipitation method was adopted to extract Li, the effects of solution pH, precipitation agent dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on Li precipitation process were systematically investigated to determine the optimal conditions for Li precipitation extraction. The results show that when Na3PO4 dosage is 150% of the theoretical amount, pH value is 11, reaction temperature is 80 ℃, and reaction time is 1.5 h, the Li precipitation rate can reach 99.15%, and spherical Li3PO4 products with uniform particles can be obtained. This method provides a reference for recovering Li from battery black powder. |
