| Abstract: |
| The development process and properties of 25V-30000μFV/g tantalum powder were introduced. The physical, chemical and electrical properties of the powder and its verification use in capacitor manufactures were analyzed. The product is a sheet-like tantalum powder produced by ball milling using sodium reduction powder as the raw material, with a larger specific surface area (0.80—0.90 m2/g) and a larger diameter to thickness ratio (3.0—8.0), as well as high pressure and high specific volume characteristics. The wet test shows that the capacity reaches more than 30 000 μFV/g under 100 V forming voltage, and the capacity reaches more than 31 000 μFV/g when produce 63V-3300μF type capacitors, which meets the requirements of product design. |
