| Abstract: |
| The pressure leaching process was employed to treat the copper-containing sulfide slag. The effects of initial sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature, liquid-solid ratio (L/S), oxygen partial pressure, and leaching time on the leaching efficiency of Co, Ni, Mn, Li, Al and Cu in the slag were examined through experiments. The resuls show that the single-step leaching rate of Co, Ni, Mn, Li, Al and Cu in the copper-containing sulfide slag is 99.80%, 99.10%, 98.42%, 98.49%, 93.89% and 96.91%, respectively under the optimal conditions including initial sulfuric acid concentration of 120 g/L, leaching temperature of 140 ℃, L/S of 5 mL/g, oxygen partial pressure of 1.1 MPa, and leaching time of 3 h. The results show that the copper-containing sulfide slag is basically completely dissolved and the comprehensive leaching of valuable metals is realized. In addition, the hydrolysis removal of Al and Cu is achieved through three rounds of pressure leaching of the initial leaching solution. |
