Abstract:
The leaching of precious metal silver from decommissioned crystalline silicon photovoltaic module is studied. Silver is leached by methanesulfonic acid-hydrogen peroxide system and citric acid-hydrogen peroxide system respectively. The results show that in the methanesulfonic acid-hydrogen peroxide system, the optimal process conditions are as follows H2O2 concentration 10%, methanesulfonic acid concentration 40%, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 2.5 h. The leaching rate of silver can reach 59.97%;in the citric acid-hydrogen peroxide system, the optimum process conditions are as follows: H2O2 concentration 30%, citric acid concentration 6 g/L, reaction temperature 80 ℃, stirring speed 300 r/min, the leaching rate of silver can reach 95.53%. The results show that the citric acid system can extract silver more effectively, and the increase of reaction temperature and H2O2 concentration can promote the leaching of silver.
