| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the low-acid solution obtained by cycling and leaching from high arsenic zinc suboxide ash was used as the original solution to study the optimal experimental conditions for vulcanization precipitation of arsenic under the condition of low loss of valuable metal indium. The experimental results showed that the arsenic deposition rate was significantly improved by choosing sodium sulfide as vulcanizing agent, the reaction time was 2h, the temperature was 70℃, the amount of sodium sulfide was 1.25 times and the amount of acid added was 40g/L, the leaching rate of arsenic is about 88.09%, the loss rate of indium is about 8.15%, the ratio of precipitation rate of arsenic to loss rate of indium is 11, the arsenic content in the low-acid solution is reduced to less than 1g/L, The precipitate contains about 53.7% arsenic sulfide, which is a relatively pure arsenic sulfide slag. |
