| Abstract: |
| In view of the complex occurrence state of metal elements in jarosite residue, the jarosite residue was melted by high temperature reduction, and the reaction conditions such as iron-silicon ratio, calcium-silicon ratio, carbon content and oxygen concentration were set. Through the analysis of the equal amounts of iron, copper, silver and arsenic in the alloy phase obtained by the reaction and the phase and mass of the slag, it is concluded that the concentration of carbon and oxygen is the main controlling factor of element migration. By SEM-EDS analysis, it is concluded that the main component of the alloy phase is metal iron, followed by FeS, metal Ag is distributed in the form of single substance in the metal iron crystal interface, copper is in the form of Cu2S, which is included in the FeS phase to form a copper matte. |
