| Abstract: |
| The overhaul slag is a dangerous solid waste produced by the aluminum electrolysis process. It not only contains a large amount of soluble fluoride and cyanide, but also contains a large amount of recyclable resources such as lithium and aluminum. If the overhaul slag is not properly disposed, it will cause serious harm to the ecological environment. How to reduce, harmless and recycle it is an urgent problem to be solved in the aluminum industry. In this paper, the source of lithium in aluminum electrolysis overhaul slag is analyzed in detail, and the related technology research and industrial status of lithium salt extraction from overhaul slag are reviewed. It provides a reference for the disposal and utilization of overhaul slag in aluminum electrolysis process and the comprehensive recovery and utilization of lithium resources, and has reference significance for the green sustainable development of China "s aluminum electrolysis industry. |
