| Abstract: |
| Address to easy sinking and difficult recovery of elemental copper in the process of flotation of converter slow-cooling slag, the chemical composition, mineral composition, occurrence state of metallic copper and particle size of the embedded copper in the converter slow-cooling slag were studied. By analyzing the formation mechanism of elemental copper in the converter slow-cooling slag and the distribution of copper phases, a reasonable recovery process was formulated, which effectively reduced the content of metallic copper in the flotation tailings and improved the recovery rate of metal copper in the foam flotation process of copper smelting slag. |
