| Abstract: |
| As the only intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration factory in the copper smelting industry identified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Guixi Smelter has been committed to building a full-process intelligent factory for copper smelting since 2016, exploring the intellectualization of the full process of through fire smelting, and demonstrating for the industry. This paper mainly introduces the exploration experience of your metallurgical company from several aspects: holographic melting of flash furnace, intelligent blowing of converter, intelligent refining of anode furnace, intelligent equipment application, and intelligent collaborative building. |
