Abstract:
Address to the CS2 emissions generated during reagent addition in copper ore flotation, a method involving a high-gravity field technology combined with NaOH was adopted to purify CS2 waste gas. The effects of rotational speed, liquid flow rate, gas flow rate, and NaOH concentration in the absorption solution on CS2 purification efficiency and the mass transfer coefficient (KGa) were studied. The results show that CS2 waste gas purification efficiency is 95.90% under the optimum conditions including rotational speed of 1 680 r/min, liquid flow rate of 6.5 L/min, gas flow rate of 90 m3/h, and absorption solution concentration of 0.4% NaOH. The research results provide both theoretical and practical foundations for industrial CS2 odor gas purification.
