| Abstract: |
| The practice of improving the waste heat boiler in the process of the suspension strengthening copper smelting was briefly described. The formation process of ash accumulation in waste heat boiler and the cause of boiler pipe burst leakage were analyzed. By reforming the independent circuit, adding the first ash hopper, extending the radiation length, adding radiant section heat exchanger plate, optimizing the installation location of the convective header tank, heating the sulphated wind and improving the operation mode of boiler ash coking cleaning, good operation results have been achieved. |
