| Abstract: |
| As one of the main smelting processes used in large copper smelters at home and abroad, flash smelting has the advantages of environmental protection, low energy consumption and high degree of automation. After recent decades of development, the domestic copper smelters combined with their own actual conditions and the continuous improvement and innovation of imported technology, independent and developed a series of new smelting equipment, has made great progress. The core equipment such as concentrate nozzles introduced and optimized in domestic copper flash smelting, the application of new equipment such as clay gun machine at home and abroad in flash smelting workshop, and the technological innovation after the equipment improvement were mainly introduced. |
