| Based on the analysis and research on the production and operation practice, loss of metallurgical furnace and optimization transformation of metallurgical furnace in the first furnace period of vortex floating converting furnace, the optimization and improvement suggestions on furnace protection, improvement of furnace body safety performance and extension of furnace body life were put forward to provide references for accurating process control of the vortex floating converting furnace, furnace body maintenance, furnace body overhaul, furnace body transformation and furnace body optimization design of vortex floating converting furnace. |
