Abstract:
      In this paper, all kinds of insoluble slag in Jinchuan platinum group metal production line and domestic recovered platinum group metal secondary resources are combined to produce ferroalloy by pyroiron trapping. The process of preleaching iron removal - deep impurity removal - platinum-palladium enrichment - platinum-palladium purification is adopted, and the key parameters are experimentally studied, so as to realize the separation and purification of platinum-palladium in ferroalloy. The output of 99.99% platinum and palladium products in line with GB/T1420-2015 national standard has formed a new process route for wet treatment of ferroalloy, which has the purpose of short process flow, high recovery rate, high product quality and industrial production.
