| Abstract: |
| The process optimization and intelligent application of double flash process in Hongsheng Copper smelter was introduced. The anode scrap treatment process was compared, and a new route was chosen between the flash converting furnace after shredding and the anode furnace. The precise denitration of flue gas, the application of domestic low-temperature thermostatic device and the enlargement of anode furnace were introduced. The application of three-dimensional design, intelligent equipment, integrated telecommunication system, plant-wide control integration and intelligent center in intelligence were introduced. The future intelligent development direction of the factory in the future is prospected. Finally, the advantages of advanced technology and intelligence after the project is put into operation summarizes |
