| Address to the insufficient drying capacity of the rotary kiln in an enterprise""s ISP production process, a detailed analysis of the energy and quality flow in the rotary kiln was conducted. It is found that the main reason for the insufficient drying capacity of the rotary kiln is the combination of processing high-moisture materials and increasing the water content of the feed material. The grade and characteristics of the waste heat resources in the ISP process were analyzed, and the idea of using the waste heat of the hot air stove to pre-dry high-moisture materials was proposed. The process flow based on pre-drying of high-moisture materials using waste heat of the hot air stove and the preliminary scheme of multi-channel cross-countercurrent drying equipment structure were given. |
