| Abstract: |
| Samplers were taken from reaction shaft, settler, off-gas line of a commercial flash furnace in operation with high intensity. The samples were analyzed and the formation process of matte, slag and dust in flash smelting, and their physical-chemical characteristics were observed intuitively. Some key discoveries were found different from the descriptions by the previous process mechanism, and some new recognitions were put forward on copper flash smelting process. |
